'The room was spotless as always and the staff are always courteous and ready to talk to you (no waiting). There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, I'm not sure how they can deal with this if people choose to break the rules, but perhaps a bit of awareness to leave door & windows open to air it out, just a suggestion.'

'Exceptional Stay with Friendly Staff and Perfect Location:
Our stay at Quest Brighton on the Bay was wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is unbeatable – it's just a two-minute walk across the road to the pier, which is an ideal spot to watch the beautiful Melbourne skyline and New Year fireworks displays. A top-class experience!'

'The location of this Quest is amazing. Very close to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars.
The apartment is spacious, but very tired, and wasn't 100% clean. Also, the website says there is a shuttle bus to the airport, but it seems they stopped doing that after COVID, and forgot to update the website.
The shower is annoying and could be upgraded.
The bed is very comfy! '
