'A serene retreat close to Rio, Celeste, and national Park, even though there was a bit of language barrier. The front desk was kind and we figured it out. She even helped us book a night tour. The property grounds were beautiful. It felt like you were in the jungle. There is no AC, but there is fans in the room. The hammock outside the Villa was a nice touch and you had your own privacy. 'Great place to stay for a week. It might not be the Ritz hotel but if you have a large group you won't find better value on lodging anywhere. The rooms are built fairly critter repelling, but the first night a little green frog got in. I don't mind frogs though, it's Costa Rica after all! Pura Vida!'
