The hotel you stayed at, the smallest room is 19m², our smallest room is 20m². The standard apartment where you stayed has an internal view. All of our rooms have an external view. As you were informed, we grant a 20% discount at the end so that the guest can choose the item with the highest value so that it is more advantageous and actually due to a system failure this was not carried out but was corrected and we delivered the money to the hotel that I was staying and we did not discount the taxi fare. Our hotel is new and we have a modern, digital air conditioning system where you can program the desired temperature and we are available 24 hours a day to offer help when requested. Our team members are trained and we have capabilities in over 6 languages.
