'The house was great, clean, well stocked (with the exception of dishwasher soap, could have used a bit more), so close to the beach and decorated well and with a beach vibe. My friends and husband celebrated my 50th birthday last weekend and we loved our trip so much! The hot tub wasn't working when we got there, but, was resolved the next day. Communication with the rental property was fast and easy. Def recommend this house and all it had to offer. Thank you!'

'We really liked this property with the exception of the amenities. Pictures showed a grill. Grill was there but not useable. When I asked about it the response asked if it was listed as an an amenitie. No but there is a picture. No intention of making that right. Pots and pans are really crappy. We absolutely loved the pool. Kids had a great time. I would rent it again because of the pool'

'This house was perfect for our family spring break. Every family had their own bedroom, which was large enough to accommodate pack and plays and extra space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the grill daily, ate at the large dining room table, enjoyed coffee on the deck and the pool was fabulous! You don’t even need to pack your beach towels! Kary was always available for questions and willing to handle any problems. We have stayed at SPI and this is our favorite house so far!...

'Pros: great location, a couple blocks to the beach. The backyard is well landscaped, with a nice pool. Plenty of parking. It can sleep a lot of people - 17 comfortably- but there are only 3 rooms with closed-door privacy, if you're looking for that. There are two kitchens and an outside toilet, sink and shower. 'Such a perfect home for a family (or two). We had plenty of room for 16 of us (7 adults and 9 kids) and didn’t lack for anything. The house was very clean, and we enjoyed every part of it. From the well equipped kitchen, to plenty of towels for all us, we didn’t need to purchase anything beyond a few extra garbage bags and toilet paper (which is expected with such a large group). 'We loved our stay at the Bougainvillea Beach House! The layout was great for the four of us and our dog and we loved having three bathrooms. The unit was nicely equipped and came stocked with beach chairs, coolers, wagons, etc. The owners were very welcoming and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.'

'This property was great for a couple. Beware there is a hotel / bar directly behind. So if you plan on sleeping early, there may be some noise. Other than that - location was perfect! So much to walk to. The AC temporarily froze, but after leaving it off for a few hours it worked again.'
