'It's a great little spot close to many wonderful restaurants and markets in the heart of the historic district. The breakfasts were very good as well. The WiFi is a little slow if you need it for business so bring a backup. My fave part of my stay however, was their hotel mascot, Empanada

'Casa Firenza wasn’t my first choice, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
We stayed in a beautiful suite overlooking the park and cathedral. The location was unbeatable, and we even enjoyed the city’s horse parade right from our balcony! Breakfast at Bogoli, the rooftop restaurant, came with stunning views of Cuenca. From early check-in to convenient laundry services and impeccable daily housekeeping, everything exceeded our expectations.
But what truly sets...

'Let me say Azul is a very cute place. It has a very confident location. They bed is comfy.
At $30 a night you are only a step above a hostel. The listing says the place has soundproofing, however, this is the noisiest place I have ever stayed. Street noise, every step and voice inside the building can be heard. There is a Belgium pub in the square that played loud music until 12:30 am on a Wednesday night. We booked the romantic room and I promise everybody knew about the romance.
