'I'm going to be fair and balanced on my review. First, the check-in was very antiquated, using fill in the blank forms and lack of awareness of who the guests are. Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. After going through all the steps the reception is asked me for payment, which had already been made through the orbits platform....

'Entiendo que no tenga aire acondicionado pero no abanicos. Llevan meses sin el servicio de piscina y no lo indican, una de las razones para escoger la prioridad era precisamente que tuviese piscina. El yacuzzi también estaba fuera de servicio, el sofá cama es un palo y no existe cama King, es Queen. Ni la recomiendo, ni volvería. Al menos la chica de mantenimiento fue muy simpática y empática y nos ayudó con lo del abanico.'

'Great staff. There was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and they moved me to an upgraded room free of charge. Only caveat is the outside noise. The hotel is located where two uphill roads meet, so all the buses, trucks and motorcycles are very load because they're going uphill in 1st and 2nd gear. Can't really blame the hotel for that, but it can get really annoying. Other than that, the hotel good is great; free Netflix, supermarket right across the road, and walking distance to metro.'

'No es nada agradable la estancia'

'Perfect location, nice rooftop with swimming pool, good breakfast. Cons: only one elevator for an 11 floor building is not sufficient. Too many reservations on the rooftop for party’s. So every day half of the rooftop was not available for the regular guests'
