Our rebooked and confirmed and paid for in Rishikesh was double booked on another platform after the owner ironically became disenchanted with your sinking. Well, we were in the sink and out in the cold when confirming check-in details on the day to find we had no place to stay. 'I booked the place for my parents, they were very happy from the services provided by their staff. They are very professional, friendly and do look after their customers. Food was delicious too as Breakfast and either lunch or dinner were included in the price. Definitely worth staying there and would love to go back there whenever visiting Haridwar '
