'We had a wonderful stay here. The cabin is very clean, super comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped, the shower is wonderful and the beds were very nice. Although the cabin is on Hwy 117, the road noise was not bothersome. The hot tub was a an added bonus after a long day of hiking; there are plenty of trails nearby. The Mentone Market is just down the street and has a great selection of food and gifts. We look forward to staying here again!'

'Moonflower Cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. My friend and I booked this cottage a few weeks before our trip. Mr Ben, the owner messaged me via VRBO to inquire about our trip and if we had visited the area before. We both were familiar with Mentone and looked forward to returning. The location of this little cottage has some of the best views on the brow. This time of year the weather was breezy and cool in the morning and evenings but warmed up nicely...

'This is fhe perfect tiny home if you're looking to get away from the city. The only noises you'll hear up here are the chickens/roosters across the road, and an occasional dog bark. All to be expected when staying on a farm and not load enough to be heard inside the home. The house itself was gorgeous. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. The bed was so soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The back deck overlooking the woods was so relaxing.'

It is near some hiking spots and we went to Chattanooga (about an hour away) and explored and did some fun things. We even had a couple super nice dogs that joined us on walks and acted as protectors. All of it was a great stay. Would come back again.'

'everything was just as advertised. The location is perfect, the house was very clean, and the owners were very responsive. There was nothing we needed which wasn't provided. The only complaints from other reviews was road / train noise. I never noticed and it wasn't a bother at all. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stat again.'

'This is a small duplex cottage that works very well for a couple. It was thoughtfully and tastefully furnished, and we found it quite comfortable. I was not wild about the "On-Street" parking but it turned out fine, mostly because the alley in front of the property is considerably wider than it is up the street... where it is barely wide enough for a single vehicle to pass. We had one of the two units in the building.. one bedroom, a small kitchen, nice bathroom, and a comfortable living room....

It is so peaceful, tastefully designed, comfortable, quiet--it's just everything you would look for in a vacation home. I've stayed here like I think it's the third time and I just don't want to go anywhere else! I really just can't say enough good things about this place; there's like everything you need here and gosh--it's like so, so, so very peaceful. And the aesthetics of the place--just absolutely...

'My family (two adults and one teen and one pre-teen) spent 3 nights in the cabin. We loved the fire pit and spent time each night roasting s’mores and hanging out by the fire. Location is not far from Cloudland Canyon state park and Chattanooga. The town of Trenton is within 15 minutes- convenient to grocery store, a gym, restaurants and a coffee shop. We would love to stay again in the future.'
