What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. 'Ik heb dit hotel ook in November geboekt. Echter hadden we nu de premium kamer. Wat een heerlijke kamer! We hebben er echt van genoten. Prachtig uitzicht. Het enige kleine minpuntje was het raam bij het bad. Het leek erop alsof deze lek was. De ramen zijn toevallig schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf, maar deze bleef vies.'
