'Heel fijn personeel, leuke kamer met prima voorzieningen. Kamers kunnen gehorig zijn. We kregen gelijk een uur na binnenkomst de klacht dat er teveel werd gestampt door ons zoontje terwijl hij gewoon normaal liep. We hebben dit aangekaart omdat wij ook geluid hoorden van andere kamers boven en onder ons. Dit is toen als melding aan alle hotelgasten doorgegeven en daarna stopten de klachten. 'The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. Also, you needed to present a voucher for almost anything like comfortable beds at the pool. The extra costs for the pool beds and other services in the hotel were ridiculously high. 'Amazing view of the bay and can walk out of the hotel straight into it. I'd recommend waiting for low tide and you can make it out a good 200 metres in normal shoes. Great location and easy to get Uber into Naha or wherever you want. Lovely staff and the rooms have washing machines, dryers microwaves.loved it.'
