The pools were crowded but it's peak season so expected. Room was an ocean- front room with such a beautiful view. We were on the 11th floor. Room service was prompt. 'The only concern is the showers this piece of metal ( stainless that the water go from the shower down if u have sand or small stones it take too long to go down from that piece … this is the only concern but I love this hotel and I was here before and this time and will be back soon ❤️❤️
