'Everything was excellent, the room , the breakfast and the amenities'

'This was just a quick one night stay as we unexpectedly drove straight through from New York to Myrtle Beach instead of stopping off, so we needed a place to stay for the night until we could check into our condo for the week. This place was beautiful, clean, the staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included. Has a nice little pool, but we didn’t have time to check it out.'

'Hallway smelled like fresh paint. The sofa in the room had some stains and I dis not feel safe sitting on it. Curtain shade had lose screw and the stick off when I tried opening curtain. I feel the property, although appeared remodeled, still has a “dated motel” feel and charges too high. Breakfast is limited; “okay.” One positive is the vinyl flooring; no carpet 🙌. This was a last minutes business trip, and it served the purpose Ann last minute needs, but will not be staying at this hotel.'

'DO NOT STAY HERE. Woman at front desk was the nastiest person I've ever encountered. No AC in lobby or hallways and absolutely FILTHY dirty. Construction in rooms looked like the landlord special. Absolutely awful experience.'

'Very clean rooms and amenities. The A/C in the room worked very well. However, in the bar area, it was warm and though they had high power fans throughout the lobby to try and cool it down, the fans took away from the ambiance. Also, the pumped in smell was overly done throughout the lobby and hallways. I ordered the garden burger which was cooked too well done that it was charred. 'Roaches crawling in the first room, was moved to another room. Next room was damp, surfaces were wet and smelled like mildew'

'Great stopover with no hassle and was completely stress free'

'We got there and it looked nice on the outside, but it looks like it hasn’t had maintenance in years. Everything is broken or cracked or peeling from the carpet to the ceiling. The inside smells terrible, and theres no noise control. The room was spacious, but the AC was damaged and inconsistent, the pillows were lumpy or brick hard and the “blanket” was a dollar store fleece blanket in between 2 sheets. And theres cockroaches:)'

'My husband and I stayed at this hotel and we both really Enjoyed it. The room was very clean almost crisp feeling. We had a room by an elevator and thought it might be loud, but it wasn't at all. We even got back to our room later that night and needed a snack and they had a fresh sandwhich available for me and an ice cream for my husband at the front desk area. The lights in the room were set nice and not blinding like some hotels use these days and the beds and pillows were very comfortable....

'The GM showed no empathy nor sympathy to our situation. We reserved a room through Expedia, bc the prices were the lowest, just to hold on to it until we found something better. Expedia asked for my card info to reserve room only, clearly stating my card would not be charged, the information would be use to reserve the room. Didn’t think I had to read a cancellation policy. Another misleading factor that made me ok with using my card info, I had the choice to pay at property. Pay at property...

'The best feature of the hotel was the pool area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, our overall stay was impacted by several issues with our room. One of the televisions was not functioning properly and operated through a Fire Stick rather than standard cable service. In addition, the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively.
