'Breakfast was awful. Food was cold. Orange juice machine broke for days.'

'Hallway smelled like fresh paint. The sofa in the room had some stains and I dis not feel safe sitting on it. Curtain shade had lose screw and the stick off when I tried opening curtain. I feel the property, although appeared remodeled, still has a “dated motel” feel and charges too high. Breakfast is limited; “okay.” One positive is the vinyl flooring; no carpet 🙌. This was a last minutes business trip, and it served the purpose Ann last minute needs, but will not be staying at this hotel.'

'The GM showed no empathy nor sympathy to our situation. We reserved a room through Expedia, bc the prices were the lowest, just to hold on to it until we found something better. Expedia asked for my card info to reserve room only, clearly stating my card would not be charged, the information would be use to reserve the room. Didn’t think I had to read a cancellation policy. Another misleading factor that made me ok with using my card info, I had the choice to pay at property. Pay at property...

'The best feature of the hotel was the pool area, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, our overall stay was impacted by several issues with our room. One of the televisions was not functioning properly and operated through a Fire Stick rather than standard cable service. In addition, the air conditioning did not cool the room effectively. 'DO NOT STAY HERE. Woman at front desk was the nastiest person I've ever encountered. No AC in lobby or hallways and absolutely FILTHY dirty. Construction in rooms looked like the landlord special. Absolutely awful experience.'

'We got there and it looked nice on the outside, but it looks like it hasn’t had maintenance in years. Everything is broken or cracked or peeling from the carpet to the ceiling. The inside smells terrible, and theres no noise control. The room was spacious, but the AC was damaged and inconsistent, the pillows were lumpy or brick hard and the “blanket” was a dollar store fleece blanket in between 2 sheets. And theres cockroaches:)'

'This was a last minute hotel for me and my family and it was perfect it’s clean has a kitchen and a lot of space for family this hotel has a indoor and outdoor pool even beach access I just wish we got a room with balcony ocean view other than that amazing trip'

'Not handicapped accessible AT ALL my wheelchair would not even fit through the front door of the room on top of it. There was a ledge to get over and then, once we got in the room, the wheelchair couldn't even fit in the bathroom.So I had to abandon the wheelchair and make my way into the bathroom...... I just wouldnt recommend this place The staff was nice though, but the place had cockroaches'

'There were little things like hair in the bedsheets, hair in the shower, and dirty towels. While the property is going thru renovations through the main public areas, the room needed touch ups as well. Missing trim, stained shower, and dirty linens'

'This is expedia fault. Talk about false advertising. First expedia has a building the in the advertising that is condemned. Even the motel made me aware after I paid. The hotel itself was disgusting. I had to sleep on top of the covers so I would not disturb anything in the mattress. I had to kill 2 bugs and there was a big dead water bug in the bathroom. I was up at 6 that morning looking for a better stay. There was no way I could endure another night.'
