Kids' friendly modern estate with pool and hot tub

Secluded on 2 acres in the Town of Southampton, it is only 5 minutes to Indian golf course, less than 10-15 minutes from beaches (Westhampton, Quogue, Coopers) and the North Fork farms and wine trail. It has a brand new pool and hot tub. 2 offices with views.

The house is extremely baby friendly and includes an indoor playset, 2 cribs, 1 high chair, 1 toddle table set, 1 water table and a lot of toys!

Pool is available from Memorial Day to end of September. Please message us if you need to use the hot tub - separate cost applies for cleaning and refilling hot tub
We just upgraded the kitchen and all 4 bathrooms with brand new Bosch appliances. Modern Italian leather sofa you have the option to sleep one more guest. 60 inch curved 4K tv with Netflix, Amazon, HBO, etc. There is one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious with high ceiling and comes with an office inside. The fourth bedroom can be used as an additional office - with 2 large monitors. The house is perfect for 8 adults + 1 or 2 infants or toddles up to 3 years old. While we don't recommend larger groups, we offer air mattress for flexibility

This home was a perfect place for us. 8 of us stayed here, the number of bathrooms was great, the beds were comfortable. There was a crib, high chair and a few baby toys that delighted our 20 month old granddaughter. Neither the pool or hot tub were open during our stay due to the time of year. The kitchen was fully equipped and met all our needs. The grounds had mature plants and it was beautiful. I wish there was more living room furniture, the sofa wasn’t enough for 9 people. The home had many light fixtures, but it was a little tricky figuring how to turn them on and off, as was the induction stove. A quick google search and we were up and running! It was chilly when we arrived and the house heated up quickly and was comfortable all weekend long. The location offered easy access to The Hamptons, The North Fork, outlet shopping .

Overall the house and location were very nice.Pool is great. We did not know realize the hot tub was extra. The big negative for us, was one of our dogs got under the deer fence and got away for about 6 hours. After we found her, she was covered in ticks. So if your bringing pets make sure they are leashed.

Not sure where the 2 acres, the winery or the farm were as advertised in the listing. The house was clean but 78 degrees when we walked in. The washing machine was tiny and held 4-5 towels at best. The camera facing the pool made us uncomfortable as well. We had an issue with the internet and lost water twice. Also, the bedroom that was the master had a box spring and mattress on the floor. It wasn’t the “Modern Estate” we anticipated.

Peaceful extended stay

the location is great for peace and quiet as it's not crowded area. simple 15 minute drive to any convenience. the check in was send via email but we did have a little issue with the combo door. the house is large and room as there were 7 of us and dogs so that was great. clean and open. do have a suggestion for kitchen. everything works and great space but every cabinet, pantry, etc was full. there was no place to put any purchased food, coffee, etc. since we stayed for 5 days we have to put everything on island. otherwise we enjoyed our stay. thank you

Central location

Lots of potential but could benefit from better organization of items to allow guests to place their items without having to move owners items, owner was not prepared: propane gas ran out , remote batteries needed replacement . Most importantly including the front door access pad. A welcome book explaining appliances (new appliances however lovely manuals would have been helpful). We would have also benefited from information on the area since we had never been to the Hamptons. We have stayed at many locations using VRBO and enjoyed additional information of the area. We enjoyed the beach, Wineries, Montauk and restaurants. The hot tub was a definite plus! I’m sure the pool would have been wonderful but it was too early in the season.

Perfect Vacation :)

This was the perfect property, secluded but conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The house was absolutely beautiful and was stocked with everything that one would need as if you were in your own home, even toys, crib, books and things to entertain my 1 year old granddaughter. The yard was well kept and the pool was crystal blue, amazing!!! The owners were very accessible and very nice. Just called and they responded right away. It was our first trip to the Hamptons and we will be back again next year. My kids had so much fun in the pool and hot tub! I recommend this property to any one who is looking for the perfect spot to have a family vacation. Pure Joy!!! 5 star experience.

Not the Best Fit for my Family

While the house was nice enough and the pool and property were pretty, overall the house was not a good fit for my family. First off, part of the reason we rented this house was because it advertised that it had a hot tub. For both my children and my brother’s children, a hot tub was a very important part of the enjoyment of our previous Hampton summer vacations , as they enjoyed hanging out in the evening and relaxing after pool time as did the rest of the family. I ended up finding out the day before we were about to leave that the hot tub was only available for certain months of the year and not others, that it wasn’t due to be used again until October. Well that was in no way made clear on VRBO. Needless to say, we were quite upset. To her credit, Jackie did work hard to correct this problem. With prompting and some help on my familie’s behalf, she was able to have her pool person come and get the hot tub up and running by the 4th day of our trip and we greatly appreciated that. We made very good use of the hot tub for the days it was up and running for us. We really enjoyed the pool and the house was comfortable enough, though too small for our group and would not recommend it for groups larger than 6 people, which we were. The house had nice privacy from the road and the master bed was very comfortable. The bed in the office was quite small but my teenage daughter managed well enough on it. The house was not equipped with enough cups, silverware, or bowls. Additionally, the stove, which is an induction stove, was very difficult for our family to use as it was a bit of a challenge to figure out how it worked, and when it did work, it was temperamental. My niece tried to cook eggs on it and we tried several times to get it to work for her and after 15 minutes, we gave up. Now it could be that other people who are more familiar with induction stove tops would have found this much easier than we did. But again, it just made the act of cooking pretty frustrating and that is not what you want on a family vacation. I did appreciate Jackie’s helpfulness and overall our family had a good time. Just would not come back to this house.

I love love that house. Wish we were in time for pool. The beds were very comfy however i think better headboards and footboards should be use...overall the place was comfy...lots of extra amenities...Once you get use to the lock its ok ...and get that gate fixed...getting in and out was not fun....Overall tho it is fully equipt. We truly enjoyed ourselves Also i loved to see them share their culture with us. That was amazing to me!

Family friendly summer rental

Our family rented this house for the summer and we had a great experience. It’s near the highway, making travel to different towns easy, and 10-15 mins from Westhampton, Quogue and Riverhead. The atmosphere is very woodsy and quiet, with a big pool in a pretty setting. The owners are very friendly and responsive.

Great home & pool!

My 4 siblings and I enjoyed the month of June at Jackie & Russell's lovely home. We took the opportunity to change work-from-home to work-from-pool - so much better! Jackie and Russell have put a great attention to detail in their home - the garden is gorgeous with a comfortable seating area, and the appliances are high quality. They are still fitting out some of the kitchen and bath conveniences, but I know they will do it with the same care as the rest of the house. Flanders is close to many wonderful activities - the Quogue Wildlife Refuge, north shore farms and vineyards, and great beaches. Well worth a stay!
