'This property is a hidden gem in Civitanova Marche. The amenities at the property are amazing (hot tub, steam bath, sauna, etc). The living space is beautifully appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Most amazing is the host! She is incredibly friendly and accommodating. She left us with delicious food and even picked us up from our drop off location. REALLY WONDERFUL experience!'

'Die Ferienanlage ist malerisch gelegen. Wer Ruhe mag, der ist hier richtig. Das Haus an sich ist groß und geräumig, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Matratzen waren sehr gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von den oberen Zimmern auf Torre di Palme und das Meer ist grandios. '

'From check in to check out the process was a breeze. Hosts are kind and their communication is excellent. They made sure the stay was positive and they succeeded. The house is so lovely and charming, typically Italian and very clean. Location is superb, train is 5 min walk and beach is less than a 10 min walk away. Shops and markets are all nearby. Rooms are great, clean and the house had everything we needed. Have 0 negative things to say, one of my best stays in Italy. Thank you!'

'Reizende Vermieter, 40m zum Badestrand, Wohnung neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Kein unnötiger Whirlpool , sondern eine tolle "Whirlpool"-Waschmaschine. Große Wohnung und Terrasse nach Osten Richtung Meer, großer Garten mit schönen Bäumen, Fahrräder. Mängel: neue Stühle am Esstisch sind leider zu niedrig, ein bequemer Sessel zum Fernsehen wäre noch schön . Grottamare ist ein hübscher, sehr gepflegter Ort, in dem es alles gibt, was man braucht.
