'Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. Varous Great Restaurants in walking distance; La Spezia and Porto Venere are places worth visiting and vacationing. Thanks again Alberto '

'Een prima compleet uitgeruste woning met gedeeltelijk overdekt terras met eettafel en stoelen. Vanaf het terras prachtig uitzicht over de baai en omgeving. In de slaapkamer (met het 2-persoonsbed) hoor je het geluid van de brekende golven van de zee, en regelmatig een langsgaande trein.'

'Communication for this home is poor with the home owner. The home was very difficult to locate via GPS. Their were no instructions given on how to better locate the home. The owner finally came to get us and have us follow his bike. There were 2 rolls of TP for 7 people. The home had no paper towels or dish towels. The rooms were spacious. The beds hard. While the view was beautiful, this is not a home I'd recommend. '

'Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

'Communicatie met de verhuurder was erg moeilijk. Reageerde niet op onze mail, appjes of telefoontjes. Verder moesten wij enkele minuten voor de poort wachten, terwijl de eigenaar op het terras zat'

'Paolo was an excellent host and this property is amazing. Paolo met us at the train station, along with a shuttle for us and our large group’s luggage. The shuttle was essential throughout our trip as this property is up a long and steep hill from the main town. The house is well kept and the accommodations were perfect - even had a changing table and crib for our toddler. The views are amazing and even in summer there was no need for AC given the constant and cool breeze. I wish we could have...
