Arrived at 10am planning to just drop our bags in the lobby due to the early arrival before going out for meetings. The gentleman at the reception immediately contacted housekeeping and arranged 3 rooms. Rooms are very modern and incredibly clean. Grest restaurant and also a cafe in the lobby. Really cant say enough positive things about this...

Ontbijt gevraagd bij check in voor 5 nachten. Ik heb één ontbijt overgeslagen. Ik moest deze toch betalen bij uitchecken want had dit van tevoren moeten laten weten!? '

'The front desk receptionist is absolutely horrible and should be fired. He is a horrible representative for the company and if i were to base my stay off of him i would put one star. He lied and was rude the entire ordeal with him was beyond frustrating and i wouldn’t want that for anyone. '

'The hotel was excellent better than a 4 star i have stayed in Riyadh. I think the break should be improve. I stayed for 6 nights and I ate only 3 times.. its really not sufficient and very little in quantity.
Also, they dont clean the room unless you ask them.. which was weird to me.. but the bed was nice and bathroom was clean.
The receptionist was welcoming and friendly.'
