Hotels met restaurant in Al Hamra

'My stay was for a short business trip and hotel was sufficient for a night. Needed to go back in Dubai same day but turned out ticket will be more expensive than staying in hotel overnight and getting a flight the next day so I decided to stay. Compared to Dubai where hotels are really good, this however is good for KSA standards.'

'The management of this property is not professional and lacks respect to clients. I had confirmed booking with them through Expedia but when I arrived with my sick wife on Saturday night , they declined letting us in with the unprofessional response" we dont deal with Expedia"!! For god sake, why didnt you inform me before arrival ! I had to book another hotel which was double the price of Auris .'

'Personale molto gentile ma per il resto come se fosse un 3 stelle scadente. Già il nome è ingannevole, riprende il nome della catena di alberghi hyatt. Camera grande ma povera di tutto, scaldabagno in camera gocciolante, condizionatori vecchio stile tremendamente rumorosi, pulizia che lascia un po' a desiderare, colazione apparecchiata su un tovagliolo di carta e scarsa come scelta. Unica nota positiva è il personale alla reception: gentile simpatico e cordiale. '
