'One of the best hotels/resorts we've e ever stayed at!'

'This was a great place to stay right on the beach in the middle of West Bay. Had a good pool and a beautiful beachfront with a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was solid and the beach bar/restaurant was pretty good. I’d say the cocktails need a little help. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a great place to stay for the value for sure. My room was set back a little, but was just a two minute walk to be on the beach. I’d stay here again.'

'If you want incredible scuba diving with the on site dive shop run by Turquoise Divers you can do boat and shore dives on spectacular walls and reefs. Although a bit remote on a quiet part of the island, it is very secure and they offer all sorts of excursions by boat and bus. There is a calm cove for swimming and snorkeling, nice pools and very family friendly. Food is fine and the drinks are cold. Entertainment nightly, although it can be cheezy but fun! They do offer very reasonable airport...

'The host was amazing and made sure that we knew about their favorite dinner spots, where to go for groceries and so on! I had already been multiple times, but her knowledge of the island was amazing! I can’t wait to come back and bring my little ones! The communication was also great! The host replied in a very timely manner! '

'The room had black mold. Water was dripping from the a/c on the floor and walls. The floor was wet and damaged. I contacted the owner for a new room and they refused to reimburse me or get a new room. His response was to contact front desk to fix and if I want a new room it was on me! Absolutely terrible experience and would never rent from again. I personally own rentals and would never have a tenant stay in a room with mold for any reason or liability. 'The condo is perfectly located beach front and is well- equipped with dishes, utensils etc. The condo was fairly clean but when I got any water on the floor from coming in from the pool and dried it off, dirt was on the rags and paper towels. The stove is Induction which I was not familiar with and asked the owner where to find a manual for it and for the various devices like perhaps air cleaners and Bluetooth speakers attached to the walls, they told me that no instructions were available and...

'This house is an excellent spot, walking distance to West End restaurants and shops, but still tucked away. With a beautiful view every morning and a cool pool to dip in and cool off. Plenty of space for all of our guests. We will definitely be back!'
