'There is no walking access to the beach or coast. This is not mentioned on Expedia the hotel website or anywhere. Only via bus then boat during specific scheduled times. The jacuzzis advertised are not accessible without additional purchase or payment at the spa. Again this was not visible on any part of the reservation. There is no walking access to any restaurant options off property, this should be noted for travelers who did not opt for a rental car like us. Our food options were limited to...

'We stayed on a beachfront room, but unfortunately, it was situated right in front of the bar. So early in the morning, you could hear the staff talking loudly and laughing. I think that in this type of properties, the staff should more quiet, and let the guests have a more quiet vacation. The same happened while having breakfast, the staff communicates with each other by talking loud at a distance, which should not be the case. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, very clean, very well...

'Awesome staff, property, location, and amenities. First time staying at this location and wont be my last. Thr staff was super nice, helpful, and professional. The property was BEAUTIFUL right on the beach. I cant think if anything negative. Highly recommend this resort!'
