The home itself features spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and multiple outdoor spaces, creating an exceptional experience inside and out. Relax on the balconies and terraces with panoramic views, where you can unwind while overlooking lush landscapes or savor the soothing sight of the surrounding waters. Whether sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset, these outdoor spaces are crafted to connect you with nature and enhance your relaxation.
Located on a cay (key) just off Roatán’s coast, this home offers an unique island experience. To make your arrival seamless, please share your arrival time with us in advance, and we’ll arrange for a boat transfer from the meeting point to the cay. If you plan to rent a car to explore the main island, convenient paid parking is available at the dock area.

Important information
-Please note that there’s a high chance you’ll hear loud music coming from the other side of the cay during your stay.
-Be aware of the distance from where the villa is located, and that is located on a cay and requires a boat ride to access.
-The check-in and check-out boat rides are included. Additional rides can be arranged for a small fee per person.

*Please be mindful of water usage during your stay, as it is a valuable and limited resource on the island. Additionally, water can be costly, so we appreciate your efforts in conserving it. Thank you for helping us protect this important resource!

*Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.
*Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.

*In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.

*Your pet is also welcome! This is a pet-friendly property (only small breeds allowed), and pets are permitted upon request. A non-refundable fee of $150 will apply, and please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. You must read and agree to the One Stop Roatán Pet Policy, so feel free to ask us about it!
