Dit ruime appartement is perfect voor een groep vrienden of 2 families om een leuke eilandvakantie te delen. Met 3 slaapkamers en een slaapbank in de grote woonkamer, heeft u voldoende ruimte om zich te verspreiden in deze schoonheid van het penthouse.

Het beste deel van het penthouse van Villa del Playa is het dakterras met uitzicht op de Caribische Zee. Het zwembad en de ligstoelen zijn de perfecte manier om de hele dag te ontspannen in volledige privacy en rust.

Een volledige keuken met een BBQ-grill en bar laat je de hele dag op het dak blijven, wat lunch grillen en wat cocktails roeren om van het zwembad te genieten. Met een complete badkamer en veel ruimte om in de schaduw of in de zon te zitten, wordt het dak snel uw favoriete plek!

Villa del Playa is een klein appartementencomplex met 6 units en biedt de voorzieningen van een resort zonder de drukte. Geniet van parkeerplaats achter de villa, prachtig onderhouden terrein, een kleine palapa op het strand en een eigen aanlegsteiger aan de voorkant.

We hebben ook on-site kajaks beschikbaar voor uw gebruik. Neem ze mee naar het nabijgelegen kleurrijke rif om het levendige koraal en het overvloedige onderwaterleven te verkennen.

Op deze rustige locatie aan het einde van West End Village, kunt u ontspannen in complete eilandrust. Als u naar de bars, restaurants of winkels van West End wilt lopen, kunt u dat eenvoudig in slechts een paar minuten doen.

U kunt ook een watertaxi aanhouden naar het wereldberoemde strand van West Bay, op slechts enkele minuten varen! Maar u zult misschien gewoon merken dat u de hele vakantie ontspant in Villa del Playa.

Met zoveel ruimte op de begane grond voor uw hele groep, plus de ongelooflijke buitenruimtes van Penthouse # 5, zult u het heerlijk vinden om wakker te worden in het paradijs en echt te profiteren van alles wat het eilandleven te bieden heeft.

We truly enjoyed our stay. This was the second leg of our trip, we wanted to stay close to all the shops and restaurants in West End. We were a family of 6, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The best part was the private rooftop and pool. The view was breathtaking!

Best week ever!

We came to Roatan for a week of diving and we had the most amazing time at the property! Close walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in west end, short boat taxi to west bay. We loved cooking on the rooftop and hanging in the plunge pool after a day of diving. Would definitely return!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We loved staying at the condo. It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. We had everything we needed in the home including a pack n play for the baby as requested. The beach is beautiful and calm. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and kitchen. I would definitely recommend this to other families! The walk to town is short and easy. Everyone was kind and welcoming. We got to see monkeys and sloths too!

Great place for a family vacation!

We had a family of 7 that stayed here. Very roomy condo with everything you could ask for. Views and beach along with a private pool and another pool provided plenty of outdoor activities. Beds were super comfortable. Washer and dryer was a great feature. Close to everything. 2nd largest reef in the world a quick paddle to in the provided kayaks. Couple minor problems that management took care of right away. Water taxi stops right at dock and will take you anywhere you wash to go.

Amazing

Everything about this place was awesome... Close enough to walk to everything, but just far enough to be quiet. Sunsets from the rooftop were absolutely epic every night. The condo itself was super clean and comfy. The AC at this place was unrivaled compared to any of our friends condos and was our saving grace more than a few times. There's an amazing little beach bar next door (Tita's) and a little dive shack that will line up whatever they can for you. We only had 3 of us this time but could easily handle more... This spot was a few more bucks than others we looked at but was worth every penny! Will be back 100%

Amazing place

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location was exactly what we wanted--walking distance from everything but yet quiet and more secluded at the condo. The rooftop kitchen was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

This is my 4th time here it’s come to be one of our favorite vacation spots. The house layout is perfect for the 4 of us offering comfort for everyone. Snorkeling & diving everyday and lots of places to dine. I’m sure we’ll be back.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

We had about 8 people with us for a week and had more than enough room in the Penthouse #5. Beautiful Property inside and out. Eldon the caretaker was very friendly and helpful with everything. He helped us with everything from saving money on booking trips to the smallest of when I got sick he went to store and got me his home remedy to try and help us get better. Which to us was beyond his job description and many more things he did to make sure we enjoyed our stay So if you stay in any of the condos here I highly recommend getting to know Eldon ....... If we could have we would have brought him back to the US with is LOL

If nothing else, the water out of the tap was great. Great AC, nice TV, although it was a great TV with SD (DirecTV). The 3rd floor was actually easy to get to going up the south side, straight up with space at the 2nd floor for a rest if necessary. There was also an aluminum gate at the 3rd floor that could be locked if you were concerned with that. The spiral stairs up to the Penthouse deck were a bit tricky, but once up there it was a beautiful setting. The bedrooms were very nice. Nice tile. Good kitchen. Basically we really enjoyed it. It was a walk from town. On the other hand it was a good calorie burner. Plenty of mangoes while we were there, which made for some interesting drinks, and homemade bbq sauce. We did not get in either pool as we were diving most days and had plenty of water time. Overall we had a great visit. Definitely will be going back. Good folks in the West End of Roatan.

Loved it so much we just booked for next year!

Overall impression, just what the doctor ordered! We loved the condo, plenty of space for seven of us and the rooftop patio, pool and kitchen are great. We spent way too much time up there just hanging out! The location is perfect. Just a short walk into West End down the beach. Water taxi's will pick you us from the dock in front of the condo if you want to go to West Bay. The condo has everything you need, Wi-Fi, laundry, purified water from the tap, beach towels and travel sized shampoo and soap in every bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. The condo is maintained well but is older so shows some ware and tear. Nothing that would affect your stay. Would I book again? Yes, most definitely! In fact I already did for 2020!

Amazing Views in West End.

Great place to stay with a group. We had 5 people and had more then enough space for everybody. The rooftop pool/kitchen area was awesome! We spent a lot of time up there. The management company was great and handled all of our needs. Nice location just on the edge of west end. The kayaks they provided were great and used a lot by us. There is a dive site called "Blue Channel" on the reef directly in front of the condo (swimming distance) which was super fun to snorkel. Would definitely recommend for families or groups of friends.

Really beautiful home and spectacular location

Villas del Playa #5 was all we thought it would be and more. We spent a lot of time in both pools and we especially enjoyed the private rooftop pool. Being on the beach we were charmed by the sunset each night and the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The 2 minute walk into town along the beach was idyllic. The home was spacious and the kitchen had all the tools we needed. There were 5 of us, and there were plenty of towels, hot water for showers, and chairs to enjoy the breezes. Several mornings we were greeted by a spotted eagle ray hunting for his breakfast in the shallows as we ate our breakfast on the balcony. It was the perfect relaxing vacation rental, just what we needed!

PERFECT FOR FAMILY WITH TEENS.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa de Playa #5. The rooftop patio was our favorite part. We started our day up on the roof with coffee and ended each day watching the sunset. The unit is showing a little wear and tear- nothing a fresh coat of paint wouldn't improve. We would return in a heartbeat. We had a chef named Jenni come to the house one night and she was the highlight of our trip. She was fun and friendly and cooked enough food to feed us for 3 meals. We would highly recommend this unit to everyone.

Incredible location and views
