'I have never been walked to my room and given a brief info tour at any hotel, including 5 star. It was wonderful! Room was clean and cared for. A/C worked ( there was a heatwave outside) Saltwater pool was the best!'

'We got this room because our baseball tournament was only 2 miles away. We checked in without issue, early in fact, between games. Got to our room and the air did not work! I went to the front desk, he looked in the system fir something in the same area (we were with other teammates) he walked up with me and opened the door to the new room (just across the hall from the original) and walked in to inspect that the air was working in the new room! He didn't question or make me explain or anything!...
