'We arrived to find nobody in in the lobby, rang the doorbell for assistance waited 30 minutes. Had to call Expedia to get help finally a lady came and let us in. Our room stunk like stale beer and cigarettes. The sheets were stained the paint was cracking off the walls and the tub was very dirty. Very noisy and un restful sleep. Would never stay here again.'

'We were downgraded from a 3 star to a 2 star next door hotel, Home gate inn. The reason was there was no non smoking rooms left. I had already reserved this months before arrival. The fire alarm went off early morning. Room was not clean enough, the beds were worn out. Breakfast was plain. '
