The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. '

The hotel is nice and cosy, with a good bed and a descent breakfast.
There are some tiles loose here and there, but nothin hazardous.

Lo que no me gustó fue que las habitaciones eran muy pequeñas y el baño compartido no tenía jabón en las duchas, había el dispensador pero nada dentro. Otro hecho que no me gustó fue que había una señora en la sala de estar sacándole piojos a su hijo. Por lo demás todo bien. '

'We had a great experience in a very idillic place up in Planoles. The views are exceptional, and the place is inviting, quier and nice. Personal is amazing and we had a great stay. 'Staying at Villa Paulita was a superb experience. My only small criticisms were the lack of tissues in the room and no drinking water supplied on each day. For a hotel of the standard and price these should be supplied gratis.

The views are amazing overseeing the river, mountains and a little town square. The staff is utterly helpfull, respectfull and kind. The rooms are clean and well organised. The pool area is nice and has a little playground. It also oversees the mountains which is just perfect for relaxing.
