'We blew in at around 9:30 pm during the January Freeze. Gabe welcomed us with humor and warmth. He pointed us to the coffee and hot chocolate; and advised that the front desk was fully staffed 24/7! 'Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager....
