'Really good value for this incredibly spacious apartment. A comfortable night. A couple of touches would improve the stay even more. As previous reviewer mentioned, the only mirror is above the bathroom sink. Its on the top of the jet garage which is closed at night. '

'Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Kent at the Rochester cathedral. Location was walking distance to the event and many shopping and dining options. Great secure parking as well as an extremely well appointed two bedroom two bathroom flat!'

'We are in our 70’s and found the road the property is on to be a little busy and rather noisy from about 7am.Also quite a steep climb from the centre of Rochester. Otherwise very convenient for the train station and all of Rochester’s attractions.'

'This could be a very good property with some work.
The listing includes parking. This is misleading as it is on street parking. This area is permit holders only. You can park for 2 hours Mondays to Saturdays 8-6. If you check in at 3pm like we did you have to move your car at 5pm. Parking was quite limited and therefore a walk to the apartment.
When we arrived at 3pm the apartment was 12c. We clicked the thermostat by the bathroom. When we returned at 6pm the apartment was 14c. The radiators...
