'This is the second time we have stayed here while receiving care at Mayo. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient to get to the clinic. The shuttle is a plus. Breakfast options are good. 'Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. 'The hotel itself was nice clean kind of to the end of outskirts of Rochester so any place we wanted to go was a lot of driving. The breakfast was good. Everything was nice and clean. The one complaint I would have is $15 a night for parking when you're paying over $300 to stay in a room that's absolutely ridiculous. I have never had to pay for parking in a hotel that I am staying at so I would not recommend that hotel just for that reason.'

'We like the breakfasts at Quality Inns. The room was clean. The location of the room was practically in the Lobby, so would not want a room like that again. There was a sleeper couch, as we needed the extra bed, but….the quality of the bed was very poor. It went up on a slope, very thin mattress. Do not plan on using a sleeper couch room. It should only be used as a couch. Also, there was no bedding, had to ask front desk for linens. Would rate this stay as average….if you don’t need a sleeper...
