It smelled like rotten eggs every time we had to shower which sucked because we are already smelled fishy from fishing. Let alone I’m a tiny person and the shower was so small my face was like 3 inches from the shower wall trying to shower. 'The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room. I understand you may not want people to eat and drink in there, but they will anyway….and they do, by the look of...
