'It was extremely hot in the room, despite air conditioning being on. We asked for a fan which staff said they would bring to our room but never did! Bed was horrible!!'

'AC unit didn’t work, it took almost an hour for staff to come to the room to troubleshoot the issue. I couldn’t charge my phone outlets were not working. The shower wouldn’t stay on. They only had toast and coffee for breakfast, and the coffee was empty, and even if I was able to get coffee there was no sugar available. I’m at the point to call corporate. Very terrible experience! '

'We had a very nice room. Maybe lucky but the women at the front desk was very nice and we get an excellent room. Big and nice. The downside was that the keys did not worked after the 2nd day and the man behind the front desk make you feel that you are to problem. Not nice'
