'This was by far one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in! Beautifully done and a bonus was the very kind staff!'

'Paid for parking, but when I came back that evening, no parking spot was available. Was told at the front desk that they didn’t process of reserving the spot, so someone else got it. No heat in the room, was only blowing out cold air. Had to turn off the blower and get a space heater to try to warm up the room. The temperature in the room was in the low 60s. A vent in the bathroom was covered with a heavy layer of dust.'

'So the man that checked us in was just dismissive, told him my name, he didn't say a word, just handed me our door keys and that was it. I said, what room # and how to I get to it, he replied, it's in there and that was it. So behind the keys was a small piece of paper that said it needed to be put in our our car window or we could be towed. 'Well preserved historic building. We would definitely stay there again. It was $22 per day to self park on property but the location was perfect for us so that wasn’t an issue.'

'Everything was fine except the people staying next to me in room 125. Drama Queen. She screamed and yelled at someone. Stood in the Hallway and screamed and cried. Plus she slammed her hotel room door real hard. All this at 1 am in the morning. '

'Excellent customer service at the front desk. Helped me solve an issue and went above and beyond their duties to accommodate my situation. '

'What a dump. Don't waste your money. Window blind didn't cover the window and we were on 1st floor. No hand towels, we were told they don't have them. I said so we're supposed to wipe our hands with a wash cloth that we use to clean our face? Remote didn't work. No ice machine. We paid for 2 queen bed and got a single bed. It was filthy. 'Dirty than my dog pan had bedbugs sheets were dirty had food and blood on them. Asked for clean sheets she went to look for some said she couldn’t find any. She gave me a towel instead super nice lady, but I had bedbugs bugs. I killed three roaches and I finally called Expedia and moved. Do not stay unless if you already have bedbugs and lice. No hot water. The heater didn’t work and the floors were so sticky. I couldn’t walk on them bugs everywhere bugs bugs bugs filthiest place I’ve ever been...

'We had a very nice room. Maybe lucky but the women at the front desk was very nice and we get an excellent room. Big and nice. The downside was that the keys did not worked after the 2nd day and the man behind the front desk make you feel that you are to problem. Not nice'

'The room was filthy from electrical sockets and fixtures and remote controls being unable to turn on lights or tv or plug in my phone charger due to broken sockets remote and batteries being held up my tape holes in walls as if someone clearly punched through stains on pillows bedding chairs and floors the room was filthy with a poor air filters and smell. 'Don’t even try to stay here. Arrived at 930pm and all lights in lobby were off and no staff to be found. Had to find another hotel. '

'Very immaculate hotel. Room was very clean and spacious. First hotel I ever stayed at that had a door to the bedroom The pillows were extremely comfortable I would like to purchase them for myself Their breakfast area was excellent.
