'Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. The pool had an issue and was closed--which is not totally their fault but it was a huge reason we stayed there with our two...

'Men’s Bathroom in common area was disgusting dirty with no toilet paper seat on toilet falling off. Room wasn’t ready that we had picked . Don’t receive so called hot cookies. Bathroom shower in room was disgusting and shower head was pathetic. Just not a good experience.'

'The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.'

'very poor hotel needs an update.when i was checking in i got a smoking room and i asked specialy for a NON smoking room i booked the hotel already in februarie as a NON Smoking room i was dissapointed i had a 3 day stay there i asked the friendly girl if she could change it but the hotel was fully booked.next time i will leave the hotel if i not get a NON smoking room. i put the window open and the airco full blowing and so i tryed to sleep.i hope that the manegment is going to update the hotel...

'Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke '

'I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.'

'Was told there would be a refrigerator and microwave but when I got into the room there was neither the TV did not work. The hottub that I paid extra for did not work. I was in a non smoking room but the entire room smelled of cigarette smoke. Did not like that the front desk person said my room number out loud in a lobby full of people.'

'I’m not one to leave a review but it’s places like this that make me wonder how a business like this is still opened. Upon arrival, immediately I was met with a smell that smelled of sewer & chemicals. They didn’t have a room I booked so I had to settle for what they had left. On my way to room elevator broke so I had to take stairs to 4th with disabled child- fun! The whole hotel smelled of sewer. There was people walking around with ankle monitors, people arguing very loudly in their rooms....

'Could use some upgrades /very outdated'

'We had a very nice room. Maybe lucky but the women at the front desk was very nice and we get an excellent room. Big and nice. The downside was that the keys did not worked after the 2nd day and the man behind the front desk make you feel that you are to problem. Not nice'

'Shower had hair everywhere. Trash on floor. Dusty on tables. Toilet barely flushed. Was only allowed to have one pillow. Staff acted like I was an annoyances not a customer.'

'Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.'
