'Have stayed here several times and is always a good stay'

'Bed was horrible, both wife and I woke up with back pains every morning for 3 days. Pool seemed to change rules daily on what you could do and not do. First day ordered a “bucket” of beer so they put ice in a Walmart sack and 6 beers. Second day we bought a little bag cooler and was told they don’t sell “buckets” of beer. I could buy six but they had to open every aluminum bottle. Wasn’t the case the day before. Never a luggage cart on day we arrived or day we left. If we even want to talk...

'Our room was only half painted. The fixtures looked ancient. I saw a red stain on the wall in the bathroom. The breakfast space was so cramped we could barely move between the juice and the waffles. Choices were very limited. When we arrived, we dialed 0 to get the desk manager. When she answered, her first words were “oh no.” The key to our room did not work, but the desk manager resolved the problem quickly.'
