The Space:

Rivertown Crossing is just 25 miles away. Additionally, there are many lakes! Lake Bella Vista is a private lake however Bostwick Lake Park is 3 miles away and Myers Lake is 4.6 miles away, both with public access.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 2 private apartments in a 4-unit building. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include driveway and free street parking, shared coin laundry facilities in the basement, and 2 back patios with a propane BBQ grill. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features).
