'Overall the stay was good, but I have some critical points. On the website it says they have laundry facilities. I went to the desk and asked where the room was to do laundry and was told they DON’T have a laundry room, but I was told I could go across the street and do my laundry at a laundromat. The laundry facilities was one of the reasons why I booked this hotel, and I feel it’s not fair to advertise you have laundry facilities when you really don’t. Then there’s an issue with the towels....
'We stayed 2 nights while we visited for the Upheaval Festival. The room was perfectly clean. We had a King Jacuzzi room and the setup was better than many we stayed in. The tub had its own separate room with a tv and its own air conditioner that was separate from the main room. Great water pressure and hot water no matter what time of day. Room was spotless when we arrived. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was good. Had very little interaction, but zero problems. Breakfast was similar to most...

'My stay with my kids was great. The front desk was so welcoming and provided all the details about amenities at the start of our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool area was a hit with the kids - it has an indoor/outdoor pool. The only downside to that is you can't see one side from the other which made it really hard to keep an eye on the kids as they saw back and forth. But the area was very clean and plenty of towels were stocked. There is also a bathroom and water fountain....
