'We had a wonderful stay at the Double Tree Riverfront hotel in Bay City. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly. We reported it 3 ways; to the front desk staff; to housekeeping staff; and in a text message regarding our stay. It did not get addressed while we were there, and it was a problem. Everything else was very good...great location, and room was very clean. Overall, a great mini-vacation. '

I booked in advance a few hours before and had paid with my debit card and when I got there they didn't have the 2 bed Queen room I originally had paid for all they had was a King hot tub suite. Before I could even say or ask anything the gentleman at the front desk apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the upgraded more expensive room for the same price.
