Property amenities include a driveway and huge back deck! You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras (exterior) and Minut decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Minut devices do not have recording features).

Long-term rentals (30 days or more) will require signing a residential rental agreement, renters’ insurance ($6.00 per mo.) and a $1,000 security deposit.
