'Maine is spectacular in mid-October. The Primrose Apartment was the perfect location to see the colorful leaves, visit lighthouses and enjoy all both Rockland and Camden have to offer. Alex and Siobhan were gracious, thoughtful and kind hosts. The view of Glen Cove from both the kitchen window and the deck is stunning. The Primrose was the perfect property and location for our stay.'

'A week with extended family here was exactly what we hoped for (despite imperfect weather). With plenty of inside space and a huge kitchen it held our large group with room to spare on the rainy days. When the sun was out we paddled on the river, swam in the lake, and drove to some of the great coastal towns close by for the classic Maine oceanside experience. 'The house is new, absolutely immaculate and filled with light. The fully equipped kitchen was a joy to work in. The proximity to both Belfast and Camden was a huge plus. Our 2 dogs loved the open grassy field! A very friendly neighborhood too.'

'We renewed our wedding vows at Children’s Chapel. The area is beautiful, beach is amazing, there is a rock on the beach that has dates and names carved all over it from the 1800’s. The host was GREAT Alex told us stories and let us hear his “Alabama accent” LOL. I could’ve talked to him all day. We had a great trip and plan on coming back.'

'This home was even better than the pictures! The space is so cozy and decorated beautifully. The hosts left a huge bouquet of fresh flowers for us along with bread, chocolates, and jams. 'Still the sweet quirky house that we have come to enjoy. We spent Christmas at this house and it was lovely. The living room and Kitchen are spacious and inviting. More lighting would help brighten the kitchen. Overall, this place works well for a convenient stay in Thomaston. Host was easy to communicate with and we will return in the very near future.'

'Cottage is rustic but clean in an amazing location. The view out to the boats moored in the water is one of a kind. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. Being able to walk down the dock and get the freshest lobsters possible for an excellent price was the highlight of our stay. Free access to kayaks was another nice amenity -- lots of coast to explore. The house is a little quirky (uneven floors and bathroom door is really a curtain),...

'Like that we can walk to everything we’ll just about, didnt like the construction that was going on at the hotel, no restaurant in hotel and bit small bathrooms but everything else was wonderful '
