'This townhouse is in a great location in Cocoa Village. An easy walk to the town with many shops and restaurants. Water view, very clean and spacious. Instructions were clear and helpful. We only stayed one night before departing for a cruise and it was an easy drive to the port. Wish we could have stayed longer!'

'OK this is a very solid VRBO property. I’d give it 8/10 rating. Excellent host communications, easy checkin, nice clean interior. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Couldn’t use the pool due to weather unfortunately. Location is in an older neighborhood with some run down properties but it is transitioning to a nicer neighborhood near a cute walkable shopping area. Downsides: Quirky thermostats, no useful live TV. Appreciated the coffee but would have been helpful to have some creamer handy...

'Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. '
