There was a heating issue the host had some difficulty solving in a timely manner (one night with no heat in the upstairs, but heat was able to travel upward from the main floor). Host was professional and pleasant in their communication, and the house was otherwise a beautiful location to spend a Christmas vacation with family!'

As far as layout, here are three key things that would've been helpful for us to know before we booked: (1) the living room was upstairs and the stairs were "older" stairs that weren't as deep as traditional stairs. 'Our stay was wonderful The rooms were spotless. I would highly recommend the place. The only issue was a glitch trying to get in to the place. We called tech support and they provided the phone number to the owner, she called us after a bit and was very apologetic about the mix-up with the entrance to the VRBO. It had all the comforts of home.'
