'Everything was just as stated. The location offer great access to the town but was also secluded and quiet. The host communicated everything needed and then some. The home is very comfortable. '

'The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...

'Nice place, clean and quaint. Beachy vibe with home like amenities. Odd observation: Toilet and its plumbing are old and only seem to be able to be flushed once every 20 minutes. With multiple people that can be awkward. All else very good. Would stay again. '

'We had a great stay at this beautiful little. Location was perfect just a short walk to the beach and shops. Home was very clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.'

'This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!'

'We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place.'

'This stay in Beverly is a hidden gem within 6 minutes of downtown Salem. Parking was easy and the apartment was clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and overall stay. Plenty of room for 3 adults. Would stay here again!'

'What a wonderful house and what a wonderful time we had there. The main floor has an excellent, fully stocked kitchen and comfy living room. Downstairs is the main bedroom and bathroom with an extra large tub. A real bonus is that it's nice and cool down there (there's also a floor fan if needed). Upstairs from the main floor is a very large bedroom with 3 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. One evening we walked down to the dock area (about a quarter mile away) to watch the sunset....

'Perfect little set up for what my friend and I needed for the weekend girls trip to Salem. Nice to not be in downtown Salem or Boston. So many things within walkable distance and neighborhood felt safe. We had no issues walking home after sundown and having dinner. The hosts replied immediately anytime communication was necessary.'

"The hotel has a very good location! It's private to have a beautifull view in the garden to the village & you can walk to the center! We really loved the breakfast in the veranda and were helped by the most sweet host Pamm. The pancakes were really amazing, as was the chef for telling us his preparation method. :-D "
