'We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge...

'Very clean! Each bed has 4 fluffy pillows, very comfortable beds. Each bedroom has a tv, very nice! Nice game room. We really enjoyed our stay and will return when we are in Rockford. Only negative for larger groups: This did not affect us, there were only 3 of us. However, there are only 3 bath towels and 1 beach towel. '

'Wonderful home with a top notch team behind it! All the fun with plenty of space for our large family. The pool and game room are awesome but my favorite parts were the kitchen and the massage chairs! A high end stay with a high end team behind it! Worth every !!!'
