'We rented this house for a family reunion recently. Place is great! Definitely an antique farmhouse and it has that level of charm. The property is beautiful and it fit our needs for a weekend stay. Communicating with the property manager was easy as well. That said we were not impressed with the level of cleanliness upon our arrival, as it was clear that the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. I messaged the property manager our observations after our stay and they seemed very appreciative...

'Jaye is a great Host-Very accommodating. Clean bright rooms, A/C kept the whole place cool in spite of the outdoor temps. Living Rm and Kitchen were nice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Thanks Jaye'

'Lovely cottage with a beautiful view from the deck. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Close to beaches, and lots of attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive. Excellent place to stay!'

'The location of this property is excellent. The apartment is spacious and in a wonderful location in walking distance to everything in town. There are water views across the street, and that's lovely! Inside the floors are uneven and the layout is unusual. This was fine for us but wouldn't be if I was staying more than a night or two. For instance, the silverware is not in the same room as the kitchen. So preparing and serving a meal would not be as smooth as one might expect. The real issue...

'This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. '
