'This is our new favorite place to stay when we come to Durango. Great location - close to town but without the noise/crowds and right on the Durango-Silverton railway. It only runs a few times a day but it’s so fun to watch it ramble by. The accommodations are wonderful - it was great having the fire place for the first couple of days there were rainy & chilly. And the rooftop deck was just perfect for our last few warm, sunny days. We’ll definitely book this townhome again.'

'Nice location. Got to see turkeys and deer. House was very nice and use of garage was a big bonus. Only complaint was the smaller bathroom upstairs. My friends said they almost slipped in the bath tub. Not a game changer though. Parking decent for two trucks with UTV trailers. Drove UTVs to Lake Vallecito and rode a trail that was off of the 501A. Would stay there again.'
