'Ensure that you do not get a smoking room. They assumed we wanted that and it was awful. That room smelled awful but they did move us to another room'

'When we arrived there were many holes in the wall. There was even one that when we turned the shower on had water spraying out of it. The next morning breakfast was not prepared correctly. Lots of things were missing. We were able to switch rooms the next day but woke up with bed bugs.'

'The bed was hard as a board not sure if it was a box spring or a mattress, the bedding had holes and was of inferior quality to say the least, I was afraid to use the bath tub/shower for fear that I would come out dirtier than before I used it. 'This hotel had the biggest pet fee than any other on our trip. I am ok with a deposit for a pet but I should not have to pay more. Our dog is cleaner, quieter, and better behaved than children that do not cost extra …the kids during this stay ran down the hallways and made lots of noise in their rooms.'
