'The property needs some attention. The common areas are dirty and smell bad. The room didn't smell bad, but it was dirty; there was chewing gum on the floor, and the air conditioner was dirty, old, and neglected.'

'Very disappointed that I made paid reservations several months ahead and could not get a first floor room and there was no elevator. Not easy for 2 persons in their seventies to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs! Beds were not comfortable at all. No carpeting in room. Would not stay there again.'
