'Absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival we were disappointed that everything was much more dated, and worse quality compared to the appearance in photos. AC unit was not working, the lower level bedrooms carpet was soaked and the upstairs toilet would not flush. We spoke with the head office staff who was very rude and said the AC had been fixed earlier in the morning. They reluctantly sent maintenance over and could not do anything to fix it. They also were unable to get an outside company...

'This house was perfect. We had 10 people staying and there was just enough room for us all. The dock was so fun to hang out on and it was great having access to their lily pad and peddle-boat. 'The house, kitchen, bedrooms and grounds were in excellent condition. We had my son,his wife and 4 grandchildren. It was really great that we could have the kids downstairs. There is nothing that needed improvement. We will be going back next year. PS the hosts are wonderful to rent from!'

'Check was last min we received our code two hours before check in time. This house has a beautiful view but windows were dirty blinds were broken leaving space for people to look in and the railings in the house and on the outside decks are very unsafe. I do not recommend if you have toddlers. Spent most the tim worried my son was going to fall through the rails. It was as clean as a lake house could be I guess. Couches had stuff spilled on them and the bed was so uncomfortable I left a night...
