'The room had bed bug blood all over the protector pads & the covers, on the box springs & on the mattress pad it was full of every human hair that ever stayed there. They said they would go on and correct the issue but only changed the top cover so I recorded and sent it to them and they only offered more sheets. How was that going to help. 'The service was great. The room was very clean. We loved the ski valet and the onsite restaurant. Our view was terrible (first floor directly into a concrete wall by an outside access door), but we weren't there to spend time in the room so it didn't impact our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again!'
