'Uitstekende service, koffie apparaat op de kamer werkte niet en de receptioniste kwam direct een andere brengen, toen deze het ook niet deed heeft ze koffie uit de receptie gebracht. Heel schoon, heerlijke comfortabele bedden, veel oplaadpunten voor oa telefoon. Goede WiFi.'

'This property is very clean & very conveniently located. We were very tired after a long day of travel and were very pleased with the accommodations. The beds Very comfortable, The linens were perfect and it felt amazing climbing into bed after a hot shower. The shower head was adjustable and felt so good on my aching back. We were to tired to go out to dinner but next door is a restaurant we ordered food from...it was very good as well. Thank you for a wonderful night of rest!'

'Wat gedateerd maar schoon en ruim'

'The rooms here were quite well maintained. Nice central location to downtown, and hiking trails. The surrounding views were beautiful. Great place to stay great price. Friendly staff. The continental breakfast was okay but it would have been nice to have some hot food like scrambled eggs added to the breakfast layout, but that isn't a big deal.'

'Office not occupied until 4 pm. There is a sign in the office window asking guests to go across the street to a bar to get checked in. Bar employees not sure what managment wants to do with reservation but they gave me a key to the room. Talked with employee at 4 and got things squared away. Apparently smoking allowed in bar.'

'The only downgrade I would say is the grill. We booked this hotel for the reason of grill. We planned to barbecue and drink and enjoy the weather of Waterton. The grill wasn't cleaned properly but rest of the amenities were good and helpful staff as well.'
