'Very nice spot, a bit noisy on bar nights and with the train tracks next door. Was not an issue for us. The second bed in the common area is a pull down Murphy bed, which was very comfortable and much better than a typical sofa bed. I slept well!'

'David's an excellent host and his place is great. I'm reluctant to tell too many people because I feel like it's a hidden gem. I brought my 10-year-old kid to Knoxville for the first time and we used David's place as basecamp for East TN adventures.
