'Nice property, great for your dog to run around, grass was long making it hard to find the droppings. The property is convenient to the marina although up a steep hill, there are a couple of sets of stairs to the chalets and another rental that drops you off a few yards from the drive. 'We decided to come to Tennessee on a last minute trip due to lack of snow up north. I could book the property and get everything I needed in 24 hours. Thanks to the owner for accommodating us. The place was very clean and nice, with great views and location. While we only had 3 of us staying, this house was set up to handle larger groups pretty easily, with the 4 bedrooms.'

'This is a great place to stay if you want to experience true lake life! There was plenty of space and the owner was very fast to answer any questions! Floating houses do have their quirks and limitations similar to an RV or camper, so prepare accordingly. We'd definitely book again!'

'The cabin is the best one we have ever rented. It is exactly as captured by the pictures from the listing. Spacious and renovated, cozy and conveniently located right next to the lake. Also equipped with pretty much everything a guest might need, including a baby crib and children's toys as well as a table tennis and darts for the adults. The laundry room was by far the largest one we've ever encountered. What we would recommend is more silverware and coffee mugs for large groups like ours....

'I had a very nice stay at North Knoxville cottage. The home was clean and decorated in a manner so as to make it very comfortable and cozy. The host was responsive to my questions and helped with some minor needs I had when I first checked in. The location makes it very easy to get into downtown or the university. 'The home was exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for all to be together or find a nook for reading. The owners were very quick to answer any and all questions. We found an abundance of hikes within a 30-45 minute beautiful car ride at the many state parks. We also enjoyed the kayaks and water slide. I highly recommend this home.'

'Great place and awesome location with very nice dock. The boat ramp was not useable for us (needed lake up a couple of more feet to get our boats in) but overall the place was outstanding with good parking area for trucks / trailers.'

'Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...
