Inside, the lower-level game room delivers hours of entertainment with a Smart TV, Blu-ray player, surround sound, pool table, shuffleboard, golf arcade game, and a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator—perfect for families or multi-generational groups. Outside, enjoy a friendly game of bocce ball on the private court.

The chef’s kitchen is well-stocked and makes cooking a breeze, whether you're preparing casual breakfasts or seafood feasts. Dine al fresco on the screened porch, in the open-air gazebo, or on the deck top side, where you can savor salty breezes and the soothing sound of the nearby waves. The home offers four private master suites, each with an en-suite bath and TV, providing a quiet retreat for every guest. The top-level features a spacious master with a whirlpool tub, private sun deck, and access to the main living space, including a vaulted great room, indoor and outdoor dining areas, another screened porch, and a dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.

· The pool is open seasonally from 4/26/25 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change, pool heat is optional.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: cameras are off durning rental season except the HVAC area on the side of the house and facing the driveway
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
